We keep things simple:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; however, you may decline to accept the parcel upon delivery. Our daily cut-off time is 8:00 AM, meaning orders placed the previous day remain eligible for cancellation until 8:00 AM the following morning.
A full refund will be issued if you receive a damaged, defective, or expired item. We do our best to ensure this never happens, but if it does, we’re here to help you process your full refund. To initiate the refund, please share a complete unboxing video clearly showing the order ID, package opening, and product condition. Please note that photos or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
If eligible, you’ll receive a 100% refund, either as store credit or to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may require your bank account details to process the refund. If the details are not provided despite reminders, or if you’re not comfortable sharing them, the refund will be issued as store credit by default.
